These plans are early planning and are subject to change.

DATE: Saturday, December 4th - Afternoon and Evening Events -  The park will be busy with Christmas tree sales and we invite the businesses to participate by setting up a table and selling their wares.

 

The Lions Club may be selling trees that day. (tentative) 

 

We're inviting businesses or organizations to participate by setting up a booth or table and selling your goods, selling snacks, hot dogs, hamburgers, holiday games, etc.

The Chamber of Commerce may again this year give stockings to the smaller children and will be looking for monetary donations or trinkets to add to the stockings. Any business that is able to donate toward the children's stockings can contact Donna Besaw, ExDirector, by email or give her a call at 287-0331.  If you're interested in setting up in the park that day, we welcome your participation.

 

We hope to make this a fun-filled event for the local children and adults alike so please join us that day!

  • 2:00 until the parade starts - Tree sales, food & drinks in the park, horse and wagon rides.

  • 4:00 - Parade line up in the municipal parking lot.

  • 5:00 - Parade begins.

  • 6:00 or When the parade ends - Santa will light up the park and highlight our new decorations at the conclusion of the parade around 6:00.

 

Hot chocolate and cookies will again be provided throughout the event by the Chamber, free of charge, in the basement of the Methodist Church.  

 

Santa will greet the children in the gazebo.
