The community has been amazing... over 30 Christmas trees have been donated and we are at maximum capacity. At this time, we can't accept any more tree donations.
The Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce would like to invite all businesses and all community members to two all-new (FREE) holiday celebration events:
Festival Of Christmas Trees
Santa’s Christmas Village
These two holiday events join our Annual Christmas Parade & Events on December 6
WHEN CAN YOU SEE THE TREES AND SANTA'S VILLAGE?

Sunday November 30th from 12:00PM to 8:00PM

Monday December 1st through Friday December 5th
from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Everyone can Enter - Win your favorite Christmas Tree!
Bring the family to stroll through Santa's village and enjoy
popcorn, cocoa, candy, and kid activities!
Bring a donation for one of the following organizations. Every donation you bring,
gives you one ticket to "vote" for your favorite tree. You might just get to take it home.
Drawing for the winners of each tree will be held in the basement of the Methodist
Church. Watch for the drawings live on Facebook.
If you are the lucky winner of your favorite tree, you may pick it up on Sunday,
December 7th, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.

Neighborhood Center - Unwrapped children’s Christmas toys for 0-14 yrs.
Local Food Pantries - Non-perishable food items or personal items.
If you don’t have time during this busy season, you may buy a “raffle” ticket for a $1.00
each or 6 for $5.00. There will be a decorated box under each tree where you can place your raffle ticket. We will announce the winner of each tree at our Annual Christmas Parade December 6, in the basement of the Methodist Church at 4:30 pm. The drawing will be live-streamed on Facebook.
If you are the lucky winner of your favorite tree, you may pick it up on
Sunday December 7th, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.

BUSINESSES, INDIVIDUALS & ORGANIZATIONS ARE DONATING A TREE TO THE EVENT
Businesses and community members will join us in creating our Festival Of Trees by donating a decorated Christmas Tree of their choice to this event. They can decorated however they choose. The tree can be what ever size they choose. They will put a sign on their tree so everyone can see who decorated and donated it. This event will happen at The Eldon B. Conklin Community Center. They are asked to bring their decorations and tree to the Center on the following days to set up:

Friday November 28th from 12:00 to 5:00pm

Saturday November 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Sunday November 30th from 9:00 to 11:00 am
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO VIEW AND
TAKE A CHANCE ON WINNING THEIR FAVORITE TREE.
After all trees are up and decorated, the public is invited to view the trees and our beautiful Christmas Village, where you will be able enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and a candy cane.
GET YOUR FAMILY PHOTO WITH SANTA
On Sunday, November 30th, from 12:00 to 3:00, Gidget’s Photography will be joining us, and for a donation of your choice, you can have a family Christmas picture.
